"I think our waitress was named Nessa. She provided really good customer service and was knowledgeable about the menu. I never had to ask her for a refill because she constantly came back to the table to check on us and refilled our drinks as she saw our cups getting low. She never waited for us to ask for anything that we need due to being so attentive. Our food was fresh and hot. Our check was $56; but went down to $36 because of the teacher discount I received which was definitely a plus."

"Amber was my server and she was AWESOME! I had the Fried Pickles, which were pretty good. I also had the Cluck and Shrimp Plate. It was your standard chicken tenders and fries nothing special. Overall the service Amber provided will keep me coming back!"

"I don't usually take time out my life to write reviews but I feel it is necessary this time. I had never been to Drakes before . My wife has and she suggested we try them last Monday 07/10/23 afternoon. The food was great had the Tempura Shrimp Roll and seared Chicken) and the service from Patrick excellent. So good in fact that on date night 07/14/23 we went back that was a mistake this time Patrick was bar tending the only positive , the Tempura Shrimp Roll was not fresh this time was told the steak was frozen and had to thaw on a Friday night???? Ok no worries so we waited and waited and waited finally the food came and of was I disappointed the chicken had no flavor the steak had no flavor and my wife salmon had no flavor at all. It was sooo bad Patrick offered to get the manager for us and in this situation I thought it necessary. But did the manager come to address the issue no they did not they were to busy to take care of a repeat customer. Now they don't have this customer. Do better!"

"I was very pleased with the whole experience. From the ease of the online ordering, take away service and order accuracy. My food was prepared correctly, very flavorful and nice portion size. The chopped steak needed a little more sauce for my liking but it was delicious. Friendly customer service."
