"When we visited castres, we commented for the first time in many years on the number of restaurants/bars around the main square. When an apéro was so tied up in L’Eden, it looked pretty smart out of the outside. sitting in the inner it was immediately clear how filthy were the surfaces, floor furniture. in dust, spine weaving and food waste, this place was not thoroughly cleaned in weeks. two ladies we accepted were coworkers, sat with coffee and on their phones, a male coworker stood to speak with them, and not to see us sitting on a table. the man could move away from the social assembly and approached us to ask what we wanted. ordered two glasses of rose, which was ploned without further communication on the table unceremonially, he then went back to the ladies, put a zigarette in the mouth (without lighting it) and after a few minutes simply out. Last time we saw him. the two ladies continued to chat with each other, ignore tables both inside and outside, the necessity of cleaning tassen glasses. their conversation was only interrupted when the customers had to get their attention to pay! if they are the owner and read this, they need to train their employees in the customer service, his not their personal coffee shop to sit and chat when paying customers need to post and teach them the purpose of a cleaning cloth!"

"For a pot, a coffee, a little break is nice. atmosphere deco cabbage.Café, teas, very good.Price very correct. Very good waitress, pleasant.Petit flat on the fact that it is, each time, noisying the grinding of the coffee beans and when they start it is the time of our whole break that takes a blow. We don't get along. It's not a restaurant. a little extra choice on what accompanies drinks would be welcome (crêpes, cookies, pastries) for a "goûter" break."

"We ordered pizzas at 7:00 p.m. we are told that it will be delivered for 8:30 p.m. so since at 9:15 p.m. still no pizza we call back and we are told that it will arrive by 5min and 10pm still no pizza so we remember once again and we are told that there was a computer problem and that we were not the only ones so he tells us that he will deliver them to us in the 15 minutes. "We went for lunch at this restaurant as it was recommended by another restaurant we were hoping to dine at but they were full.We both chose the €28 three course menu that had a choice of three dishes for each course. We both chose squash soup with a nut oil and the fondant of beef for the first two courses. Desserts were cheese and an assortment of chocolate desserts. A good bottle of wine and coffee and the bill came to €84.The soup was extremely good and the slow cooked beef melted in the mouth. Excellent surroundings and the owner was very helpful, even explaining how to cook a quince we had bought on the local market. Have been in Toulouse and Castres for three days and this was the most memorable meal we have had.Definitely worth visiting."
