"The service was amazing, the food was delicious and there was tons of it. We had the full lobster dinner (5 course). You get chowder, a plate of mussels, a huge lobster and a dessert for $39. The view of the lake is lovely though we didn't get a window seat, it didn't reduce the wxperience at all. I loved it and I'm going back next trip. Also, it's reasonably accessible (walker) but a wheelchair might have to be lifted and the washroom has a step."

"We during our recent visit to Premium Outlet Centre, Halton Hills, Ontario had two times coffee at this restaurant. The restaurant is located near the Food Pavilion but not inside and so has less sitting area inside. We had once coffee at 11.30 am and...later around 4pm but could find sitting place only in the morning. Second time we took the coffee and sat in open area. The coffee is quite well prepared and service good inspire of rush. The coffee is little costlier as compared to other similar restaurants."

"For many, many years, this restaurant used to have the most inconsistent service and food quality in Georgetown (in other words, it was poor on all fronts), but in recent months, they've really stepped-up their game. One has to think that they have new management...in place, who now actually care. Both lunch and dinner experiences have been very positive. The greatest immediate difference you'll notice is the friendly and attentive service by wait staff, who now get the order correct and provide all of the necessary follow-up and check-ins that was previously lacking. The food is fresher, properly cooked, and served while still hot. If you haven't been here in a while because of a bad experience, it's well worth trying again... and hopefully they'll keep the improved standard that they've now arrived at (but, time will tell). I'm hoping that good food and service will be rewarded by patrons, and that management will no longer take their patrons for granted... they're getting a second chance here, so hopefully they won't screw it up and retreat to old and unsuccessful practices. I would say that they are CURRENTLY offering a good eating experience at good value, and that I would come back again."

"Went on a Tuesday night and surprised how busy the restaurant was in the second Covid wave. I'm glad I made a reservation. The quality of restaurants in Georgetown is amazing, and this restaurant is definitely higher end fine food, but in a...relaxed causal atmosphere. Excellent service, great social distance from other tables, and felt like a very safe culinary experience. We were a table of two and had the corn plant soup of the day, which was absolutely delicious. Then followed a fillet-mignon meal and a shrimp/scallop dish that were both 100% finished. The New Zealand Sav was a great companion to the fish dish. Many other fine dishes on the menu that require a repeated visit. Fine food steak and seafood best. The cost that I think is modest for a meal of this quality. Very recommended."
