"Authentic Greek cuisine in an warm, friendly and modern environment. Theo greets all customers with a friendly smile welcoming them to his family run business.<br/ <br/ All dishes are tasty and evidently all made daily in house with fresh produce.<br/ <br/ The home made dips and complementary bread is a nice start to the meal. For seafood dishes the octopus and scolops are a must try, along with the fresh blue eye fillets and grilled calamari.<br/ <br/ House cut fresh potato chips are just like mamma would make, delicious.<br/ <br/ The meat is always tender, juicey and full of flavour. I recommend the chops with a side of yelva salad.<br/ <br/ Don't for get galaktobouriko for dessert, which has the yummiest custard filling.<br/ <br/ A beautiful dinning experience."

"I usually try to see if the chef speaks Japanese. As it was in the good food guide I did not check. When I saw the sashimi arrive I realised it was not a real Japanese restaurant as the pieces were very thick and not...cut like in an authentic Japanese restaurant"

"Can’t beat these delicious $5 schnitzel rolls, bargain sweeties and most reasonably priced drinks you’ll find.<br/ <br/ What a cracking bakery.<br/ <br/ If you’re an apple cake lover, make sure you indulge in one of these. They are amazing! And $2.<br/ <br/ Need a loafers in every suburb.<br/ I come back time and time again."

"I have been to this store in the CBD and here in Chadstone and the food is normally ok depending on what you order. Button charge $1.50 to use card is disgusting, if you spend over $100 it's 1.5% surcharge!! This is not chinatown in some back alley dumpling place run by ma and pa, it's in Chadstone! This is unacceptable. STAY AWAY."

"Tuan Kitchen is the 3rd restaurant to occupy these premises. It follows "Le Petit Bourgeois" which was there for nearly 20 years and "Omlette" which lasted 12 months or so. Le Petit especially is still missed - an oasis of fine dining in the midst of more casual cuisine.Tuan Kitchen is not "fine dining" in the traditional style, but is still fine food for a casual night out. It is certainly Asian in style, but covers the food from a number of Asian countries rather than being in the style of just one country. Over several visits, the food has generally been very good. Last night 4 of us shared 3 entrees, 2 mains, some rice and roti - the bill was $85, including a tip"

"Pizza religion is just one of the many pizza restaurants that have been popping out in the inner eastern suburbs but this one is a different kind. Pizza religion masterminds have actually thought it with quality and point of difference in mind. It's in the top end in terms of price but I believe it justifies. Yummy pizzas with unusual toppings, very thin crust, perfectly cooked. Strongly recommended."

"Sat outside in the courtyard and service was really slow. I ordered a side of Rye toast so that I could have it with my eggs (should already come with eggs but anyway) it took them agessss to bring out one piece of toast, by this point my food was already cold to enjoy it with toast. Long story short, they charged me $7 for one thin piece of rye bread. $7!!!!!! That is an absolute joke and I’m not happy jan. Daylight robbery at its finest. Their excuse for the toast taking long to come out was that they were busy... it wasn’t even busy and how long does it really take to toast some bread?!"

"We visited this small family run Restaurant on a recent Saturday and we were so impressed we visited again last Sunday.Saturday was so busy and we had to book well ahead.In spite of the heavy bookings the service was good and we had to wait only 25 minutes for the mains.The tandoori roti was crisp and tasty.The chicken vindaloo was made only moderately hot at our request and was excellent.Vegetables included Mahkani Dhall a tasty lentil curry,a curry made from Aubergine which again was well made and to the taste of all 4 of the diners.This is a BYO restaurant hence we had soft drinks and mango lassi,a drink of pulped mango and Yogurt.All in all a good dining experience.Impressed by our initial visit 5 of us including two Aussies and three Aussies of Indian dissent visited on a Sunday.There were only customers on two tables in contrast to the Saturday.The coid rainy day might have had some effect.We were well prepared with our wines this time.The food was exceptional with the juicy Tandoori chicken a stand out.The chicken vindaloo was very good,but Dhall gosth,a lamb curry with lentils was only average.The vegetables inciuded Aubergines,Spinash,lentils,and the salad with yogurt were all of high standard.A good Indian dining experience by the 5 seasoned regular travellers to India and familiar with most Melbourne Indian restaurants.Prefer to visit on a Sunday next time.Not a 5 star restaurant but well prepared ,tasty whoiesome food.Main dishes were between 18 and 28 dollars.One will not go home hungry."
