"My wife and I went to BJ last year and were very impressed-- good food, good service, maybe a bit expensive, but taste and quality of the entrees was great, so no deal breaker. We went back this week and it was another experience. Our waitress disappeared several times and took a while to take order, then was a long time before our food came. We ordered Dessert to go as it was $3 Pizookie night, and it took a remarkably long time to get our To-go order and check again. In fact, another waiter took care of us, brought food and then the check out. We asked him if we could give him the tip to identify and cover our situation, but he laughed and said he didn't worry that he was basically silly to help the other staff. I should mention that there are 3-4 tables filled (not counting the bar that their own waiting staff) and at least 2-3 waiters on the restaurant side, so not sure what was going on. A very slow night, so. What should have been an hour of meal with a togo dessert took two hours. I ordered an Asian peanut chicken with noodles and while the taste was brilliant, the part was extremely small. It had about half a chicken breast, cubed, about a 1/4 cup of broccoli flakes and maybe a cup of noodles. Served in a flat soup bowl, it hardly covered the floor. I asked the waiter who broke it out when it was the midday portion, and he smiled and apologised and said they got so much with this article. I felt like I had an appetizer and my stomach was waiting for the meal to get down. All in all, no pleasant evening as in the past in this restaurant. My wife had a shrimp with quinoa and cauliflower and liked it. Her part was normal too large, so not sure why I was cheated with a child-sized amount of an otherwise wonderfully flavored plate."

"This was a great place to have a cold beer! Great service and the manager Andra made sure to stop by our table to make sure we were having a good time. The girls were beautiful and helpful, I will definitely be back. I was visiting from CA and I am so glad that I stumbled upon this place. The staff made my vacation very memorable and I am so thankful for that."

"Razzoo?s never lets me down! We stay for work for at least a month here in Dallas and this place is a must! Boudin Balls are amazing! They have specials Tuesdays and Thursdays, the food here is awesome and the service was just as good!! They even wavegoodbye from the door, it makes us feel like family!"

"Stopped in last night to get ice cream eight before dark. The car hops were all smiling and having a good time while they worked. It was good to see this. The good energy they were putting out. One guy was carrying the empty trays on his head all the way back into the store. That was pretty cool to watch while I waited. Now days people dont smile and are rude but they wernt. Keep it up! It was nice to see this last night."

"This was my first time ordering from Eddie's Napoli's. I walked in, staff seemed to be on target, tables clean, and customers spread out. I ordered online I thought, but apparently failed at me effort so I ordered when I got there. This said, they were still very timely in giving me the food. I do not think I waited but 15 mins. The Food. I ordered the Fried Calamari, side salad with Ranch and Chicken Carciofi. The calamari AMAZING! Perfectly cooked and still hot when I brought it home. It hit the spot! The salad was unexciting HA but okay. I just wish they had Blue Cheese dressing as an option maybe a few veggies like carrots or something. The Chicken Carciofi was WOW! My only feedback was that I think it would be better if the chicken had a little brown on it. It was just very white but still tasty and the sauce FANASTIC! Overall, I am excited to try more dishes as I will definitely be returning!!!"

"What a wonderful meal. This is a nicer steakhouse for sure. The meal started off with out hostess Jocelyn greeting us and made us feel right at home. She kept drinks full and checked on us frequently. The fried onions were thin and crispy, delicious. Our steaks arrived in a very timely manner, mine not quite cooked to my order, but that was rectified quickly and without hesitation. The rest of our order was perfect. It was very busy while we were here, Friday night around 630, but you never would have known it by how smooth everything ran. I'm so glad we chose Salt Grass this evening. You have a new family for life."
