"Birthday evening at the Val 30 guest brewery, a flawless organisation, we were bluffed and pleasantly surprised.Bluffed by the decoration and presentation of the room (see the pictures). So we prepared the event two weeks before and left the care to the boss and the boss to manage at best. At best and that's not fair, because everything was led to the top of excellence. On the diner we were entitled to cod donuts, mini blue cords, charcuterie plates, pork, grilled chicken, merguez, all with fries.Excellent. Not to mention the children's drinks, sumol and sodas as well as those for adults, superbock beers, cocoa, vinho verde...A truly successful evening that ended with the blowing of candles accompanied by 4 cakes in a perfect musical atmosphere.Thank you to the whole team of the val brewery for this unforgettable moment. All our guests were delighted. "The waiter was amazing. he has impressed us all order (5 people without fault). I ordered tête de veau (braute kalbs zunge and cheekenfleisch etc. and it was so good. it also included the brain. many restaurants offer only the hillside. not the wange or the brain, so I could say that is really tête de veau. last time I ordered tartare de beouf and it was also great!"

"I like the hippopotamus restaurant series, I ate in two to now and I liked it. the restaurant is clean and spacious, the waiters are beautiful and polite. I like the offer with entry / desert main dish drink. also the side (kartoffel, pommes, soße etc). are at the choice and come with every main court. this time I took the hippo hamburger wüstenwein. the hamburger was very tender, meat was done as I asked. the gloomy, Il-Flotente, was not on my taste, because the English cream was cold out of the refrigerator and made some blow."
