"Called to take cakes to take away and the staff sighed and didn't seem impressed, the cakes looked lovely but very expensive for a dry cupcake, it would be much more advantageous to go to a pastry and to get a delicious pastry.Because the inside looked so inviting we made the mistake to call at 11:30 for a coffee and the store looks attractive, just like the cakes, but the quality is horrible and they are too expensive. the staff is very unpleasant, we will certainly not return"

"We were looking for somewhere to eat and come by tonight. we approached one of the servers and asked if there was a free table. we sat and waited 20 minutes before we could catch his eye. he came by with his command field to take our order, but instead we asked him for the menu. it was almost 15 minutes later and he had to return to our table. we noticed that another table had drinks, water and her order had taken, although they had come after us....(2 younger women) the server finally went past our table and when I tried to catch his attention, he put his hand in his face to block me out of his own. then we decided we would go. how bad we really wanted to try the burgers. the bad service, or rather the lack of service, was shocking especially for a tourist center such as beautiful narbonne."

"This bar in Les Halles Narbonne is excellent. The food is great and at a very resonable price. Food is served from Tuesdays-Saturday and on Sunday it is just a bar serving tapas or you can bring your own food (like a plateau of seafood...for example) from the market and eat at the bar if you buy drinks. Le Patron Stephane and the other staff, Anne, Nathalie and Nadia are all very friendly. people can eat for under with wine no problem so it is very good value. Be sure to reserve for lunch as it gets very busy. Highly recommended!!!"

"Alarm bells ring when the serveur/chef has a bad cough and is wearing a mask under his nose. The owner is on the computer in the corner without a mask and also worryingly has the same bad cough. We are asked to show our pass...sanitaire but also ask the serveur for his pass sanitaire.He says he has one but can. t show it to us as his phone is broken........ We pay the bill but signal our concerns ,the owner tells the serveur to get rid of us yes we speak French) and in defiance takes off his mask and continues to serve customers without a mask. Food below average,management shows complete disregard for risks associated with Covid."
