"We aren 't ones to eat Chinese food normally, but the reviews of Mandarin were so good that we gave it a shot and to he honest, it 's the best Chinese food I think I 've ever eaten, same for hubby : We went twice during our...five day stay in Ruhpolding. We had no.182 on menu which was a prawn dish in a coconut curry, which the server offered to make a little less hot and it was fab. Also, the peking duck was gorgeous. Now the English translations were a bit dodgy, and mu husband ordered the 'prawn with eight valuables ' !! purely out of curiosity one of the nights and it was delightful! Really nice rice too. The server was very friendly and had pretty good English and it was reasonably priced. You can 't go wrong with this place :"

"We enjoyed a nice evening there. Service was good and food and drinks well priced. A good range of dishes, but the pizzas were not good when we visited. In fairness the Lasagne and other dishes appearded excellent. Worth a trip"

"We visited mid March 2016 late in the ski season just before the Easter holidays based on a TA search for likely places to eat in Ruhpolding. The interior and atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. We came early in the evening and for a while...were the only guests. Service was friendly and efficient and unobtrusive We had the 3 course fixed menu starter salads (ok) and bread (great with a butter/berry mix amazing) main (salmon, asparagus, tagliatelle) was a bit disappointing we do just as well or better at home desert (pannacotta) very good So overall it was ok but the food did not quite match the quality of the service or the interior"

"After many years we were back at the Fischerwirt. They really wanted to eat as delicious as they were. Unfortunately, he wasn't like that....I was looking forward to a sausage salad on the recommendation card. With regret, I had to find that this for, say and write 10, 90€ was only a mini portion that you could have offered as an appetizer! The Wiener Schnitzel was also much too high for 22,90€.... There was more panade than meat!...In large and whole it was not recommended for food."

"This a very popular busy coffee shop. But worth the wait to eat here. The coffee is excellent and the choice of breads and sandwiches and cakes and cold meat and cheese selections look good. I would recommend the pretzel with cream cheese and the...mandarin roulade."
