"That was the best eating and service experience I visited in my two years the St. augustine beach. our server was andrea, she was nice and tested attentively on us. Once we sit, we got warm chips and salsa. delicious and authentic. our appetizer was fried jalapenos, perfect taste and cripsy. we ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and california burrito (10 in.) everything was delicious, hot and authentic. Oh yes, the mojito was great too. everything was very good. all this and we spent $31. highly recommended."

"We enjoyed our stay here during Night of Lights season. The Inn is charming. The staff were nice; breakfast was nice. The only down side was that breakfast and COFFEE were not available until 9:00AM, even on a weekday. We like our coffee by 8 AM. Had to walk to Starbucks next door."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."
