"On this day of 12/31/2023 around 11:15 a.m., I went to the McDonald's drive-thru and waited more than 20 minutes before someone came to me. I inform the manager who would certainly be called Marine. She, with a disdainful and arrogant air, tells me the oil is heating, I inform her that as a customer I cannot guess it and it is up to her to warn me. This is a disrespectful manager question, she doesn't even address you and turns her back. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a brand like McDonald’s.
