"The cafe has definitiw potential: located directly on the wupper, with beach baskets and playground it invites to stay. the quality offered here, however, leaves to be desired. as an out-of-flight tk cake or radler with discounter sprite, I consider to be less sensible, especially if you want to win guests for the colder season. also the bratwurst has seen the grill either a second time or much too long. recommended is cafe based on the quality offered here at least not if you do not have the finished bionades"

"(pancake with speck it was not, and despite the sun the terrace was closed for the guests. we had a bit strenuous in köln behind us and wanted to relax at the castle burg. arrived there (of course on the expensive parking lot, the view of the equipped burg gave us a strong frustration experience. to reduce this, a visit in gastronomy was absolutely necessary. several companies were located near the parplatz to choose from. we chose the restaurant caffe kalkum because I remembered the positive review of exlenker. the gas room has an unusual cut, which is divided an extremely elongated space into different sections. in the front is the darker area only for a table space on the window side, otherwise it would not run through for the controls. the rear area, on the other hand, offers more space and looks more like a protected terrace. here they had a magnificent view of the adjacent outside terrace, the large garden and the magnificent landscape of the mountainous land. I would have the facility available as a rustic, decoration for my handles (pictures, drawings, signs and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, everything was penile clean and also seemed comfortable despite the amount, even because, for example, the table ceilings wore a nostalgic pattern. we took place in the front area, as very few guests were present. the young lady (service was immediately at the place, and we quickly came to a talk with her. the venerable 'bergish coffee table' did not come to me in consideration of the tradition I am always full of before the first bite, and so we decided for a safe thing, namely carving. it was a good decision, not only the carving was excellent, but also the fresh, crispy addition salad with homemade dressing (as with nuts. the carving beats about 15€ to book the drinks (cola and beer with 1,90€ or 2,40€, which is for a restaurant in the opposite right order. overall we liked it and we would certainly return there. our frust has already been broken down here and after the visit of the burg (unrest construction work completely failed."

"Meanwhile, I was 5 x in the O Transmontano in Solingen and can only report that this restaurant is culinary only recommended. The ambience, however, is very rustic and not everyone's thing with regard to the offered bwz. served food, however, quite acceptable. The service (Chefin) is extremely friendly and fast. The 'Stockfisch by type of house' ordered by me has led me to eat more than I am used to. The preparation of the fish, as well as the fritted potatoes (pommes at night type of the house) served there was nothing to be desired. The 'big starter plate' we ordered was also delicate. Even the fried squid rings in Panade were acceptable or acceptable. very good edible and did not harvest as often on fried car tires. After this very positive evening we ordered a paella for the next day. The surprise: everything fresh, until the heirs I really don't take it from the cook because of color, labor and consistency. Otherwise, a true paella with apparently fresh ingredients, which is why the preorder is noted on the map. The third attempt was an appetizer dish 'Käse Schinken' and a subsequent 'Steak by type of house'. The appetizer was brilliant. Spanish cheese and Spanish Serranoshinks with bread and olives delicious. The steak in the manner of the house sat together as follows: 1 sparsely buttered steak, that without chewing it could be crushed between tongue and palate. Not deadly but wonderful medium of madness, although I prefer my steak otherwise 'english'. In addition, there were fries in the form of fried potatoes and a deliciously well prepared rice, which was fried in olive oil before cooking, plus a perfect fried egg. Instead of traveling or potatoes, I would have some vegetables or salad or salad. something fresh, but there was nothing to be put on this food. Since I'm a potato fan, I'd have replaced the rice, which is a matter of taste. The drinks, rosé, beer and aguardiente were more than abundant and were good. The rosé, according to the map, was a house wine not a top wine but fruity, sweet and suitable for food, each well cooled, above the Eichtrich and quite delicious. I myself am a hobby cook from passion and love for food. This restaurant, I really can only recommend. With approx. EUR 50, you get a delicious menu incl. Appetizer and div. drinks (2 glass of wine, 2 espresso), if you are ready to do without the current Schicki Micki gradient. Conclusion: Here are the cooking professionals missing. It would be a pity if this restaurant was no longer."
