"Food was made fast but, don 't order anything extra via Grubhub. i.e. drinks, chips, cookies. Chances of it not coming is about 66%. Then you call and ask where they are and they say 'oh no we are sorry, is there anyway you can come get them '. My thoughts, 'Wouldn 't that defeat the purpose of ordering and paying for delivery? '. My reply, 'I am unable to drive. ' Manager 'Ok well we can refund your card and send you some coupons in the mail ' Me, 'Ok, cool '. Everyone is still, thirsty. PICK UP ONLY SO YOU KNOW IT 'S RIGHT. I added a star because they don’t suck. "

"Stopped here after landing at Eugene airport. I didn't see the plethora of bad reviews until after I arrived. Things must have changed. The salad bar was well stocked, looked fresh it was about 4pm), and I even saw an employee measure the temperature of the dressings to be sure. I had pizza and twists and they were prepared as I asked and were very good. I am a Round Table connoisseur so i get irritated when it doesn't live up to the Round Table name. They did it justice. Young man who took my order was very pleasant. Interior could definitely benefit from an update; hopefully business will pick up and that will eventually happen. I give it a thumbs up. Sign: Tuesday family buffet night, Wednesday 1/2 price wings all day, Thursday 1/2 off drinks w/food purchase."

"How does a pizza place steal two of your pizzas, let me tell you. My wife ordered two pizzas, when we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizzas. I called the store five times, no answer, no voicemail. With no other way to contact the store tomake the correct pizzas, I placed the same order online, paid for it again, and went back to the store to pick up the correctpizzas and get a refund on one of the orders. Long story short, the person working there didn't understand that I paid for fourpizzas, but only wanted two. She took the two wrong pizzas to the back room and said she was keeping them, and then refused toprocess the refund for the wrong pizzas!? She then said she didn't like my attitude for asking for a refund, and called securityon me!? This all went down in about 45 seconds, it's not like we argued for 20 minutes, it was shocking how quickly she wentcompletely nuts. If you designed an employee in a lab specifically to destroy a business from the inside out, it would lookexactly like this person. It's a shame because their pizza is pretty good, but I guess I'm banned for life, so I guess it'spegasus pizza for me."

"Had the steakhouse salad but the meat was tough. Disappointed that this steak is not more tender like the steaks they serve. Waitress was not good as ask for our order one minute after sitting down. Then doesn't come back for a long time after saying we need more time. The restaurant wasn't busy."
