"Very nice family dinner! We really enjoyed this restaurant. Crêpes varied and very good. We tested the buckwheat cakes, bruschetta, sweet pancakes, waffles and gourmet coffee, everything was appreciated. Very well welcomed and served although the restaurant is full, we had an excellent evening. Redo!!!"

"During a recent visit to our friends peter and steve in the foothills of the pyrene we were brought to one of their favorite restaurants; taverna le galet. this unprecedented little bodega is made by jan with his daughter marie as a house and. his wife chantal led as a cook. it is located in a back street in the city of thuir. chorizos diablos (serves flaming with mustard dipping sauce,) calamari fritas, charcoal grills by gargantuan size, crème catalan and incredible patatas bravas make their consist in trade. peter, on chantal to ask for the Bravas recipe, was immediately informed that first he must marry them, then give them to him sleep up on her I believe her. However, she gave me two important ingredients, one of them are agata kartoffeln, the second, far less available, the root of a turtle-like plant that she called pannicau (my phonetic based writing), whose actual name I was not able to discover also with the help of wikipedia. their welcome, the ambiente the quality of food make this a place that is not to be missed, although it is not the easiest place to find."

"This was the third takeout I've ordered from La Mensa. We ordered three Pizza's on Friday night, and were given a delivery time of 8.15pm. They arrived at 8.40pm, but that wasn't my biggest problem... I've previously written a positive review for La Mensa, and commented that if they maintain the standard then they'll have another regular customer; only they didn't maintain the standard. They delivered three pizzas which had a base of thick dry bread rather than fresh pizza dough. So different to what we've previously had that you'd think they were from a different takeaway. What was worse, was that as the Pizza's cooled the thick bread base was noticeably dry and stale to the point of being inedible. I called La Mensa to complain, and was promised a call back from the manager, I'm still waiting for that call, so of course they don't really seem to care what standard of food they send out. In the world of take out Pizza's, La Mensa are very expensive, £30 for three excellent take out Pizza's is fine, but £30 for three wheels of thick stale bread is outrageous. I can only conclude that you should avoid La Mensa at all costs. In future, I will be."
