"Second time visiting Famara restaurant on our holidays. The food is absolutely gorgeous, so tasty and great value for money. The staff are so kind and friendly, big shout out to Ali who greets customers coming in. Highly recommend the Grilled seabass, sole, garlic prawns, steak. We look forward to goin again tomorrow night. Highly highly recommend people to go eat here while on holidays. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Recommended dishes Mixed Fried Fish and Seafood, Fish and Chips, Vegetable Soup, dessert(chocolate brownie) Any food that came out to other customers tables looked incredible. We have ate in a number of restaurants in this area and Famara is by far the best for food, quality, quantity and friendly staff. They go above and beyond for their customers. Kid-friendliness Amazing and kind to all children in the restaurant and anyone walking by with their children. Such kind staff and always smiling. They even put on the football match for our teenage son who was dying to watch it!!! Thank you to all the staff at Famara restaurant"

"Popped in here for a beer after getting off the bus from Playa Blanca and we certainly won't return. Barman was totally disinterested in serving us and bordered on being rude. The place looked like a bomb had hit it, with tables uncleared and no staff seemed available. I understand they may have had a busy Sunday afternoon, but expect a lot more from a highly rated establishment. Beers were fine, but we felt unwelcome."

"This wonderful bar/ery is located with views of the harbour in arrecife old town. it is very popular and can therefore be very busy. However, if they can arrive and find no table, they simply inform the friendly staff, order a drink and sit on the...harbour wall next to their large terrace. Once a table is available, they will be informed. the bar offers the usual wide range of beverages to very favorable trips. the menu was a manifestation: delicious food, beautifully presented, incredibly good value for money. for example a delicious crispy chicken salad, French fries for €8! the owner ayo is very friendly and welcoming. he seems to meet all his customers personally and strives to ensure that everyone feels welcome and home. the inner bar is very small, with tables/seats for about 20 people. there are large HD TVs for those who want to see football etc. la minoca is obviously the destination in the harbour of arrecife. unconditionally recommended."

"Visited this restaurant twice for evening meals during our recent holiday with my daughters and granddaughter. It is located opposite Los Pocillos beach. On each occasion we were greeted warmly by staff and given a table at the front which was very pleasant. Service was outstanding and staff could not have been more courteous and friendly. Our meals were delicious and the wine excellent and served at exactly the right temperature (both red and white). The staff were so friendly and kind to my little granddaughter and she had a great time. They had a singer performing some well known songs and playing guitar which was a nice bit of entertainment. We wouldn't normally eat at the same place twice during a week's holiday as we like to try new places, but this was definitely a favourite. Thank you to all the staff."
