"We went into the cross wild eating, the portion was great but nothing special from the taste. eating is a little more expensive here. through the large hall and the music of the lounge the understanding is a little difficult."

"It is a great place for families especially in summer and autumn. a lot of space in free and child entertainment. for nature lovers it is also a great place for a break with good food and drinks. in winter you should plan ahead and book a table for a fondue evening or Sunday brunch."

"So for a little reunion my partner and his friend and his wife made a reservation at this establishment. Apparently it;s their favourite steakhouse in Zurich vicinity, The restaurant sits on a beautiful spot next to a little castle/ mansion. The view from the terrace...was stunning. But it was cold mid-September's eve, so outdoor seating is out of question. All 4 of us ordered different cut of meat and sauces. All satisfied and maybe a little regret on my part for ordering the smallest cut, mainly because i am a slow eater, really really slow, but otherwise everyone was happy. The service is prompt and efficient. Our waiter speaks both German and English, so no problem there, either. Portion was generous and tasteful, we had to forgo the dessert for coffee. Will definitely refer to friends to try it if they happened to be in Uster, for some reason :"

"What can I say about this place? it has quickly become my beloved Thai place. not only are the owners wonderful warm people eating that is authentic, the service is warm and the entire experience is authentic Thai, including the decor. offer an à la carte menu, consisting of a good selection of Thai curries, salads, suppen and ruched. I've eaten something more than 10 times. before I had to drive all the way to zürich city for a good cure, but no more, wiang phing has fixed that it was burst in my heart. my favorite would be the duck red curry served with rice. simply delicious. another favorite of me is the soup they serve on Saturday. please make sure that they tell the cook/owner how they cooked her, regarding spiciness. If you want the right deal, she will do it for you as she does for me. I have seen Thai ladies who sucked their way through som tam Thai salad due to the numerous chilies: . Their prices are appropriate for the Swiss, the quality is exquisite and the portions are large. number 1 in my book. too: they serve 4 different curries canteen style in chafing dishes. dinner: à la carte menu. Saturday afternoon: Duck/Beef noodle suppe."

"We stopped at Rapperswil before our return by ferry to Zurich and enjoyed a pleasant Sunday luncheon at this venue.This venue does look unassuming from the courtyard outside but can cater efficiently for a large number of people inside and alfresco. The number of local people enjoying Sunday lunch there was testament to the quality of the food and service at this venue. The restaurant had very few empty tables.We were time conscious but the service was excellent to meet our needs with a delicious meal. I had a caesar chicken salad , and whilst not to the traditional recipe it was very enjoyable. The presentation of the meal was special with the chicken pieces placed in a cartwheel on top of the salad.The menu was not extensive but most adequate, with realistic and value for money pricing.Recommended, as is the delightful town of Rapperswil."
