"I love Georgio’s food in both locations. I love the service we receive at the Milford location. We have come to the Manchester location several times and there is always some type of service issue! Our last visit (4/27) was another bad service night. Our server sat us and and took our water and drink order and then never returned for over 20 mins. Not until we flagged down another server (who offered to bring us water) to get us a manager, did we get our actual server’s attention. She did apologize stating it was totally her fault for forgetting about us, but she never brought the manager over so we could express our concerns. It was not that busy for a Sat night, so not sure why we would have been forgotten. So, we tried to enjoy our food (which was delicious) and figured we might get a free appetizer or dessert for our troubles.... but NOPE! We received our bill of $175.00 and no free appetizer. At that point, I demanded the manager come over to our table so I could explain our bad experience. The manager did apologize and split our bill in half which was very nice, but we would have preferred an enjoyable/no problem dining experience and pay full price."
