"I love Cooper's hawk. Being from Chicago we always went there and since we moved here continue to go. However today's visit was a little shocking. When we first got there we were super excited to have an early dinner. Server came over and was super nice but then it started. An unrelentless pushing of the wine club. I get it I'm in sales. However working for a small spiff versus giving exemplary customer service is a huge No-No to me. Asking once is fine but asking four times to sign up during a meal got to the point of excruciating. The food on top of that was subpar. I don't know where they purchased their protein from but it was not even an above average quality. Dry and off texture. Absolutely terrible! Extremely disappointed. The manager stopped by and seem totally uninterested except that she was required to stop by. And once I decided not to sign up for the wine club the experience changed from mediocre to just plain bad. I truly hope this is not going to be an experience in the future. I will try one more time but if it's the same it will be my last time with Cooper's Hawk and I will be very sad..."
