"Overall, I actually enjoyed the food and the experience (except for my burger service in the end). But one thing was quite negative: I ordered the Piemonteser Burger and the beef patty came pretty cold. That 's why I friendly asked the waiter to maybe make it a bit warmer. The answer then was: The burger always comes not so warm like this because of the avocado sauce below the beef patty and the melted burrata cheese above it. and also many customers complained about it already. So, my friendly request to get the burger a bit warmer was denied which I don 't understand at all. Because: I don 't believe that it isn 't possible to make this particular Piemont beef patty hot. In my opinion this is just bad planning, because if they prepare the beef patty and then put it in/on the burger itself and bring it to us, then it should still be warm. So, telling us that this is because of the sauce and cheese is a pretty bad excuse In general, in such a situation I don 't understand why such a simple request from a client gets denied. It wouldn 't take much effort to just heat the burger or beef patty again. This is very bad service in my opinion. After further discussion and telling the points above to the waitress I 've been told that this complaint came from a lot of customers and that is why they don 't ask customers anymore for this burger, if they want their patty rare, medium or well done. This made me think even more: Why don 't they tell this issue to customers before ordering the burger, assuming what they say, is really true. In any case, up to receiving the burger, the food and service was good, but the experience in the end was pretty bad."
