"Run by a French lady who IS ABSOLUTELY SICK OF AMERICANS' SH*T and turns out authentic--and sometimes delicious--Gallic favorites. Obviously one too many people have snuck onto her patio, used her bathroom, or parked in her parking lot without being customers and she is losing her sh*t. The bathroom has a code lock on it. For real. By turns welcoming and severe, your hostess dishes out lovely toasted sandwiches, mediocre quiche, adequate coffee, and delightful desserts. Main courses are prepared with alacrity, but overall service is European--which is to say, pokey. If you want a napkin, you may have to ask. We were too scared. Back patio is COVID-compliant and a nice place to languish on an otherwise crowded island."

"Summer salad, very refreshing. Ribs sandwich and the Brussels sprouts as sides were very good. The calamari is also a very good option, but I think the best thing about this place is the service and the atmosphere inside. You can’t go wrong coming here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"WTW we are on AMI this week and wanted to take our daughter here. We were confused because Google says it’s open at 5:30, but the reviews say it’s closed...we drove by and sure enough it is closed for good. Update the info on the place Google!"

"I agree with most reviews. Atmosphere is charming and mostly clean and attractive. As I clean homes for a living I tend to notice some things that others don’t (including owners). Love the duck work exposed however the return vent that (even though normal) shows signs of dust on cover and also around ceiling directly above where we sat (table for two by window on left. Very tasteful old style chandelier also needs a dusting. Attention is obviously spent on decor and newer bathroom but don’t neglect the (not so obvious cleaning) Katie was our server who forgot our soup order and after her embarrassment rushed it out to us with a smoked burnt taste as they obviously toasted the top to melt the cheese. We always order onion soup and this wasn’t even as good as Lone Star. Katie was exceptional otherwise. She even comped our coffee. Owners should note on menu that salads have an up charge as a side.My dinner Shrimp and Scallops had the best seasoning and I was able to switch the set sides even though an up charge was added. My husband who always has a hard time choosing what to eat (he doesn’t eat fish) chose the pork with an apple topping. He enjoyed it."
