"The food was great as usual. We are regular and go once a month, but last Saturday night food was slow. We made open table reservations, which for some reason did not come to the restaurant and waited and then waited another 30 minutes for appetizers, then food finally 30 more minutes after. Eating was good, but huge peppercorns on duck and a little too much salt and pepper in most dishes. Fish Special was great and my favorite goat cheese salad was incredible as usual! Corner stand, which is quieter"

"Parking has decent parking in front of the restaurant and has parking opposite the restaurant, drive the ramp. Ambiente 80 90's chic restaurant feel. Let's eat a 5-course menu with wine tasting. The food was good, but I won't say it was amazing. They are known for their duck shell, but the way it was introduced, I could see blood inflammation on the side. They were friendly enough to change duck shell for my partners with Snapper fish that tasted good. The wines were good, but the last 3 tastings were all cherry I felt was too much cherry. Service, when I celebrated my partner's birthday, they called me explicitly to ask her name and gave us a signed menu as a gift. I really appreciate that gesture. Thank you. The server was friendly, but after our 2nd course kept on oblivion. I think a few guests came to celebrate something in the restaurant and they got all the candles on their dessert, but we didn't. Conclusion good food, cozy place, good wine collection, cost for 2 about $375 with lace."

"We went for the chef inspired Valentine's dinner. It's was lovely 4 course meal grilled octopus, winter salad, grilled scallops and a strawberry mousse. The bartender made some nice cocktails, one with pear and one with strawberry. Nice atmosphere, cool place to go and grab a bite."

"Oh, Carillon! Our family loves you so much. We are locals who enjoy eating here before events at UT. Now that our daughter is a UT student, we loved making Carillon a part of her ring ceremony celebration. Date nights are such a treat here because it’s an elevated meal at a reasonable price (3 courses for $45! . One of the things I love most about Carillon is the ambiance. It’s a beautiful space, with high ceilings with very low noise. It’s a quiet place for great dinner conversation and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Love this campus gem!"
