"At 7 p.m. we enter the Bistorant – Bar Cafe Flexx with a small group. It is good that we have reserved – the store is full. We knew the choice of the restaurant, so the order went a bit faster. I chose duck with red cabbage and lump, as dessert a wintery surprise. This was later depuffed as ice cream with cream and panacotta on raspberry sauce. I ordered a Alster. At 6 pm Hungry is then served by the amuse geul: stagterrine on leaf salad with pomegranate. Salad with pomegranate very interesting, the deer dish very discreet in taste.
