"We booked the Sky Experience - this includes the gondola ride,appetizer, and entrée. We booked our table around sunset and it was a spectacular view even with the smoke. I would have given this place a 5 star but the waiters need to be more attentive better trained. Waited a long time after being seated, we were just enjoying our time up there that we didn't notice how long we waited for our waiter to come to us. Ordered our drinks and another long wait. I'm all about enjoying the moment but there is a reasonable time to wait and then there is the feeling of being forgotten. We got the latter. It's unfortunate. The food: Appetizers we had - Lamb Chops and pork belly with egg. Both cooked perfectly. Lamb chops were pink and the pork belly crispy. Entrée - We got the seafood medley and bison steak. One of the best meals we had in a very long time. Still crave it! One recommendation is train staff better. This place is beautiful, food and drinks are exceptional don't let the wait staff ruin your customer's experience. Right now I don't know if I would go back again due to the poor service but we do want to forget about it because the food was just that good."

"We went there for dinner on May 8 9, 2023. The food was amazing BUT they indicate GF on menu items that are not. They have gluten-free options on those items and thank goodness the wait staff asked asked about any allergies, but it may have been because I asked them to remove any dairy."
