"We had an amazing dinner at Ciao two nights ago. It was by far the best meal we had on our trip to Maine. So much flavor in every bite! We were so busy eating that I didn?t get a picture of every plate but the mushrooms, shrimp, pork? everything was so good! The service was wonderful, too. Great experience all around. This place is special."

"I wonder why it's not always packed. It usually has moderate traffic which is great for distanced, unmasked eating. Although I mostly find English menu boards at their restaurants, two restaurants' menu boards are in characters, so I chose the one of two that also had the exact prices posted. Although I liked the food, my rating is for the food court as a whole as there are other restaurants to try there, like TKK Chicken and is it Kimichipapi? It's kept clean."

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Despite having high hopes for a pleasant evening, the following issues left a lasting negative impression:Unpleasant Odor: As soon as I walked in, I noticed a disturbing odor in the restaurant that was difficult to ignore. It significantly detracted from the overall dining experience, making it uncomfortable and unappetizing.Empty Atmosphere: The ambiance was further marred by the fact that the restaurant was more than 50% empty during our visit. This lack of patrons contributed to an eerie and uninspiring atmosphere, which was not what I expected.False Promise by Waitstaff: When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waitstaff and inquired about leaving early, we were assured there would be no issue. However, we later received a charge for $175. This was not only unexpected but also a blatant breach of trust.Disrespectful Manager: In an attempt to resolve the billing issue, I spoke to the manager, hoping for a professional resolution. Unfortunately, the manager was not only unhelpful but also shockingly disrespectful. She hung up on me during our conversation.Lack of Responsiveness: To further address our concerns, I reached out to the restaurant via email and phone multiple times. Regrettably, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the restaurant's management. This lack of follow-up demonstrates a severe lack of customer care and commitment to rectifying issues.In light of these significant problems, I cannot recommend dining at this establishment. It's disheartening to have such a negative experience, especially when one expects a pleasant meal out. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future patrons."

"This place is under rated! We went here on a beautiful summer evening, the food was great (my boyfriend is a foodie and he loved the burger, fries, and ice cream style dessert). What reeled us in was the beautiful patio/outdoor seating. It was quiet even though it was on a busy street and they have lots of hanging flowers which I loved. The service was on the slower side but not in a bad way, honestly it helped me relax and get out of a “go-go” mindset. My kale caesar was great, with a good portion size for the chicken on top. The general manager was lovely and clearly good at what he does. We will definitely be back!"
