"Not what one might expect looking from the outside, but very pleasant and the food is terrific. My wife speaks passable French, and that was helpful here. The servers were able to work us through a varied menu and our choices were superb; I have...to believe we would have been pleased whatever we chose."

"Smiling but totally overflowed server (claimed 3 times the wine, 4 times the bread, and the water I no longer count!!!) can be due to the affluence. terrine correct house well presented, accompanied by salad pickles and onions. Rogons of grilled calves, the waiter announces me to the rosé command of course and too cooked to delivery damage ! all is not so black we have spent a good evening just a little more organization in service and monitoring in kitchen to be very well. Last thing the bread really not at the insipid height and not cooked (frozen?) while there are so good bakery a100 m.I think these few imperfections are the ransom of the succes, the room is full no need to do more to attract the client."

"Le Parc restaurant is about from the centre of Duclair but only a stones throw from our b&b. They not only offer tasty food at reasonable prices but also panoramic views over the Seine which at sunset rivals the food. All our dishes were...very good particularly the duck, but this has to be expected in the duck capital of France. Mme Genty was a charming and attentive host as was our waiter who relayed questions about Australia from the unseen kitchen staff for us to answer. They were interested in our kangaroos while we asked them about their famous Duclair duck. A nice cultural exchange. All in all a very pleasant evening."
