"My wife and I visited this pub with our dog Milo. After what was a lovely Sunday Lunch I went to pay. I settled up and as I did a very large dog (the owners Mastiff) pushed passed me in order to get to Milo....It pushed my wife out of the way and tried to attack him. I had to swing Milo out of the way on his lead whilst the owner wrestled the dog into the other room. As I lifted Milo the dog had a second go and fortunately just got a mouth full of fur! The owner tried to laugh it off and said hes a ‘big softy’! He wasn’t! He then also tried to say that he didn’t know there was another dog in or he wouldn’t have been allowed down! This was at 19:00! Absolutely 100% bang out of order! Please be careful if you take your dog here. Both Milo and Mrs were really shaken up. Shouldn’t be claiming ‘Dog Friendly’!!!!"

"I don’t usually leave reviews in fact this is my first TripAdvisor review but I couldn’t not after the amazing quality food we had tonight. We’ve tried pretty much every local Chinese takeaway but this one by far beats the rest. Only downside is delivery isn’t offered but honestly I can overlook that because of the food! Food was freshly made, piping hot and delicious with flavour. Prices are very reasonable and staff are lovely. Best in the area by far and will be returning. Thank you for the great service!"

"Don't know the area at all so relied upon TA to find us some food. The restaurant is small but cosy and the staff were both friendly and helpful ready to help you choose. The menu is quite extensive and a mix of Cantonese ..Malaysian. We had soup to start with mains of beef rendang and chicken satay. The portions were SLIGHTLY small (one more skewer another big spoonful of beef so not out of hand) but the accompaniments were huge. The taste though for all the food was sublime. Cost was reasonable too. We left full, a lovely meal and would return"
