"As with many other reviews, I was also charged about £9 to a takeaway order. I had three items I had never ordered, which obviously replaced the items I had ordered, which were missing from my first call that gave up the order. I found the personal involuntary in comparison to other Indian restaurants and very ininteresting. the menu and the prices suggest they should or try to show that they are a raised operation compared to other local ones, but that is really not the case. we are regular Indian cuisine diners and I can honestly say that eating here is a complete farewell. although not completely slander, eating is best among what one would expect from an under-average Indian farewell. we would never return to this restaurant again and it seems that the don slow in the local community due to the same reasons to lose over charging terrible service and declining food quality. the reviews here aside I know of at least 8 people who have now proposed verbally to avoid the don in the last months. I reserve the opinion for you until I have a personal experience, unfortunately my suggestion would also avoid the restaurant. they should certainly go back to the signboard and restructure in the 3 areas highlighted in this review, which seems to be repetitiw in many other reviews."

"Did not realise there was a Japanese restaurant in Hatfield. We live outside of the delivery area but was able to order and pay online through Just Eat And chose a collection time . The food quality equaled (or exceeded) the quality I was used...to picking up in London when I commuted. We celebrated our anniversary during lockdown by bingeing on sushi! Will definitely order from Here Japan again."

"Fantastic experience. The staff were all so welcoming and made you feel at home. A very well kept pub/restaurant. We ordered Sunday lunch. When it first came out we thought it looked on the smaller portion side. We were very wrong. There were layers upon layers of delicious meat and vegetables with beautiful gravy. All meals ordered (gammon, beef chicken) were faultless. The service was second to none. We will absolutely, without a doubt be returning."

"Such a pity the food overall was very poor. All hot dishes were served tepid. Fish barely cooked inside , too salty slimy. Minute portion of rolled chicken covered in flower petals and cream tasteless Pastry case very hard. Duck pate looked so unappetising, couldn 't eat it. On the positive side. Venue and grounds beautiful. Service good."

"The football played in the newgate street last season and had seen it there. for birthday dinner. great eating to be reasonable. friendly staff. large garden where my daughter could walk around. will return definately."

"Really impressed with the service (and food) we received today. After a very long journey, we rang to ask if they could still accommodate our booking as we were running late. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great table service, the food was delicious and quick to arrive. This is a definite place to visit if in the area or if you’re looking for somewhere near jct23 of the m25. It’s worth the detour."
