"The atmosphere was good, the noise level was ok, the food was missing. The service was very good, nice waiters and reception! The sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican food was very different and not good! Even the salsa for the fries was more like spaghetti. How do you mess up something simple like salsa? We think the worst was the enchilada sauce, sweet sauce, cinnamon doesn't go with enchiladas, I don't care if it's California, it doesn't taste good, sorry !!!!!!"

But this restaurant is a perfect example to never judge it according to its name, location or appearance. The owner addresses everyone after his first name and remembers his commands, beloveds and unlove. The owner and his family and his employees are very respectful, courteous and courteous, so that the customer service expects its top priority. The food was spectacular; seasoned and perfectly cooked and served in the right serving size. It tasted just as a traditional family would cook it, not throwing a recipe together and repeated by a line cook. No, his grandpa and the uncle Rogers cook it, the woks bang over intense heat and their years of experience cooking the food. If the food was presented on expensive porcelain and served in a top restaurant in the Four Seasons, you would never guess that it came from China Tango. "I only ordered to go because I saw they had vegan options (while I'm not vegan, I love the food): crispy spring rolls and pad thai. The rolls were fine, however, the pad thai was unfortunately drowning in syrupy liquid. I'd asked for decent spice, but all they did was dump dried red pepper flakes onto the dish. Meanwhile, the whole order was close to $30, bit of a ripoff. I have regrets. Maybe I caught them on an off-day? Ordered the wrong item?"

"The food was absolutely excellent! We wanted to get some breakfast and decided to go with the road less traveled and hit an area bar/tavern. The menu offerings were excellent. I chose the waffle with pretzel chicken and bacon. It was great and not drowned in syrup which I appreciated. The SO had the country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. Both were good sized portions and very tasty. I am giving 5 stars because the food was excellent but I will say the ticket times were a little long. And I think the servers were hustling trying to cover both the bar and dining room. The way things are right now though with places having a hard time finding workers though, I can't fault them. The waitresses were beyond kind and apologized for the waits."
