"Terrible service! I just drove in especially for their bubble tea, the time was 1/4 to 9... The young girl told me they ran out of pearls.... I asked for bubble tea with none... she replied I have shut the machine off and I don 't...want to turn it back on She had 15 mins still before closing with people still having dinner inside. I pointed out to her... the advertised opening hours said 9:00pm... To which she turned her back and started washing dishes! Wow! With so many great places to go to.... Such arrogant manners! DO NOT GIVE this business your money... they obviously do not need it."

"Lovely outlook and comfy chairs. Good drink service and tables clean Commenced with scallops in a nice sauce but needed to be balanced salt sugar. Oysters were beautiful big plump quality, however the topping was very sharp acidic. Raw king fish was beautiful all of...it. The chicken liver parfait is the nicest I've ever had. The crisp seeded lavish typebread is delicious. Served with prunes but again a sharp acidic juice needed balancing. Pork belly plentiful but poorly cooked dry base and soft crackling. Terrible coleslaw which is actually a nasty flavored vinegar?? Fish well cooked plentiful. Big meaty mushrooms didn't seem to match the delicate fish. Dessert chocolate mousse cream on chocolate crumb with raspberries was very nice. The sour dough bread is served with a type of butter whip...yuk it's like cheap margarine. I suggest to order off the menu and not go for the chef choices."

"We are 5 of us have vacation in hobart, and went to this restaurant for dinner on December 26th. the restaurant was quite full, but the floor staff is only 2 girls. I asked one of the girls why today only have 2 floor staff, and they said they only have 2 floor staff every day. the girl ran like a huh. they did bar, take order, clean up table, cash handling, inviting customers, etc. they did really a great work, although the service was slow, table besides is also complaining for the delay. I wish the owner of this restaurant read my review and give a high credit for these 2 girls and more floor staff in the future that I ordered was a spicy full fish...read more"

"If some one ask me is Touch of Asia a good restaurant for eat in or take away, My answer will be No No please dont. Its so terrible experience. The boss was so rude, they dont even allow a five years old kid bring chips inside, while the other customers came in by a group of 7 people (including 1 kid). I was having a stir fry noodle.. so tasteless, a bit pricy, I was so hungry but I could not even finish half of the meal. And didnt mention about stomachache afterwards, The manager/owner/boss (whatever) is so arrogant and so rude.."
