"This was our first time to the melting pot and I’m beyond blown away. First, they called us to confirm our reservation. Asking if we need any accommodations and what we were celebrating or are we just dining. They asked if this was our first and expressed how excited they were for us to try it. Arriving, there was no wait, and we got taken back. The table and atmosphere was beautiful. My husband and I don’t normally dine in nice places. We did this for our anniversary and I told him I just wanted to go somewhere nice. Our waiter Luke came and he made the experience even better. The drinks were beautiful and delicious. He explained everything that was going to happen since we were doing the 4 course meal. He was entertaining and cracked up with us. They gave us white chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and the food was beyond what I expected. Is it pricey? For someone in the lower class area, definitely. Is it worth trying? Absolutely. Get the whole experience. We will be back. Maybe not a every week type of place for our budget sadly. But definitely want to come back and will be asking for Luke personally. "All 3 of us were pleased with our meals. They made me a very nice side salad. The homemade chips are great and so are their homemade dressings and sauces. Our server Riley was awesome. She was very accommodating and kept our glasses full."

"Duck Donuts is my go to donut shop in the Lake Norman area. they make their donuts fresh and they give you options to customize your own donuts or get a predesigned donut, as well as seasonal options. my favorite is the sunrise, which has lemon glaze with a raspberry drizzle on top. it's super fresh and fruity and is always the best on a hot summer day! Every time I visit, the staff are super friendly and very attentive, the restaurant is always super clean and well maintained. overall, if you're looking for great donuts in the LKN area, definitely go to Duck Donuts!"
