"Had served here after swimming with the children (school hols) the dame (slim, 30s dark hair) was nice and super friendly, my daughter ordered something else to what came, but it was no problem. change them quickly without effort."

"WOW!!! What an Absolutely finger licking Restaurant Buffet. Totally love the way you order, lovely touch makes it more personal. I came from Manchester with my daughter, and I an honestly tell you, out of all the Buffets in Manchester, Huddersfields is the Absolute best, being how it's cooked so fresh, to the flavour to everything melting in your mouth and believe me I've been to some Buffets, Great portions because you can order how much you like and not waste food. I will highly recommend to anyone who loves flavour, Amazing, Staff Amazing, Manager Amazing. Very welcoming. Thanks so much for your service."

"Appalling customer service. Stayed here one week ago. My booking document clearly state that I have agreed to pay £75 for a room and have opted to pay £14 for two breakfasts. When I paid at the accommodation I asked about the breakfast and was told there wasn't any. I then asked for a £14 refund. The two members of staff working at the bar were very unhelpful, clearly did not have any idea of customer service and told me thier manager was away and they could not issue a refund without their permission. I followed this up 3 hrs later and the incompetent staff members still were not able to do anything. I was promised that the next morning when I left somebody would be there to issue me a refund. The next morning, a third member of staff called Kevin told me he also wasn't able to issue me with a refund and told me to email the manager. It is now one week on. I have emailed twice and had no response. Do not stay here, the customer service is dreadful and the staff are simply not up to the job. I paid for bed and breakfast but this was not delivered. Totally unacceptable. Unbelievable that the management have not been bothered to email back in over a week!!!!"

"I have to say the food has always been good here but the thing with this place is the service is rubbish, the delivery time is always 60mins plus, and then the food is cold when it arrives? and even when you collect it can...be 40 mins wait as they never answer the bloody phone, need to work much, much harder on customer service"

"We had a lovely meal from Lucky Garden, this evening the King prawn and mushroom was very tasty and lots of prawns in it. The sweet and sour chicken was lovely too. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely order from here again."

"Nice bright dining room with excellent service, but the food is the star of the show. From start to finish, complex combinations of flavour (eg. starter of pigeon with a tarragon apple dressing, pickled baby beets, fig relish and crumbled walnut) were all superbly cooked...and delicious. Superb cooking at prices we couldn't believe for such high quality dining for my three courses). Find an excuse to go if you live anywhere near."
