"Super restaurant near the Rathaus with a lovely enclosed courtyard that would be super in the summer. On the evening that we went it was quite quiet so the service was excellent. We ordered the duo of duck liver and the rack of lamb. Our...waitress quickly returned with our wine and explained that the duck had turned into a goose and asked if we minded which we didn't. So our starter duly arrived with a number of delicious grilled goose liver pieces and a mountain of salad big enough for a main course ..... then our main course arrived .... we each had a whole rack of lamb, beautifully pink and very tasty ..... and veg and potatoes .... huge! Very reasonably priced, good wine, good service, mouse friendly, well cooked food .... just too much of it"

"We rarely found such a beautiful atmosphere in a restaurant. Besides the really excellent food we were very friendly and friendly. "The venue is located in the student’s quarter of Cologne. Parking on the street is possible but the available parking lots are often occupied. The restaurant is a mixture of a take-away and a no frills restaurant. Inside dining is possible only. The menu is quite large and the food is optimized to the German taste. I had duck Sichuan style which was not really spicy, real Sichuan food in China is very spicy. I added some Chili and I liked it. We had Tsingtao beer on the side which fited good. The boss and her husband? including her son? are very nice. The prices are very nice too."
