"I love it when you try a place that doesn't look too promising but turns out to be the best meal of your holiday which is exactly what this place was. Looks OK from the outside but the food was absolutely delicious. We had the menu du jour which was crevettes, confit duck and panacotta. Children loved the kids menu too. Great setting just in the town square listening to the live music and soaking up the atmosphere - well worth a visit."

"Very nice little restaurant, in an old inn in the small town of Montpezat sous Bauzon. The two young owners are very friendly and speak fluent English, service was fast and professional. The menu is small but offers a beautiful variety of dishes (fish, meat, veg) that use many regional products. For the main course I had the duck breast with a raspberry sauce that was very delicious, like the starter and the desert. My company also seemed to enjoy their dishes. The house wine that shared its name with the restaurant owner, Alex, was a good addition to a really beautiful diner. All were very affordable: three courses for only €25, per person. We sat outside on the terrace next to the bridge, with an incredible view over the valley. We were there for dinner and all seats were taken, so I think a reservation is recommended, especially during the summer time. Well recommended!"
