"Went to a bottomless brunch yesterday and the service was really quite disappointing. Our food arrived before we even got our first drink, and the drink didn’t arrive until 28 minutes into our 2 hours. The whole point of a bottomless brunch is to be exactly that but we were constantly waiting. At the start of our time, the staff were standing around in two groups and when we politely asked one of them if we could get service, he said he wasn’t the “floor crew” and we’d have to wait. For so many staff, I’d expect better. Otherwise, the food and drink were good, it just doesn’t make up for poor service."
