"I wonder what determines if you are lucky enough to get good service at this restaurant? The first time i came to this restaurant, we were seated but never waited on, even after trying to find someone, so we left. I tried to go again with a friend, and we had to go search for a hostess to seat us. There seemed to be some confusion amongst the staff as to where the hostess was and who would seat us. After being seated, it took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks, another 30 minutes to get our appetizer, and we never received our dinner. At this point, we?d been there for an hour and a half. In the meantime, there seemed to be no rush to get us refills or clear dishes from our very tiny table. Once we inquired about our dinner, she said they?d had issues with the kitchen receiving orders and they may not have got it. I?m wondering why after an hour of waiting, it never occurred to the server that she should check on our order? She was very kind despite this. We had somewhere we needed to be and didn?t have time to wait, so we left. Despite all the good reviews, all of the reviews from people having this same experience seem to be ignored by the owners. It appears this has been an issue with the restaurant for some time too, at least since they opened. It says a lot that the owners seem to be unbothered by the amount of people who are receiving such poor service and are unwilling or not knowing how to improve the quality of service they offer on a consistent basis. It is very unlikely that I will return."

"This is a very cute donut shop. I opted for the glazed donut which was just okay. The bread had a very buttery flavor but was a bit dry. There was not enough sweetness in the glaze. I also felt that maybe warming the donut a bit would enhance the flavorand texture. Next time I will try one of the more flavored donuts for sure."

"We went for the first time today and it was great! The store is really cute and everything was great. I think we paid 4.75 for 2 donuts, they tasted very fresh and they ice them while you watch. They have some places to sit, not extensive seating but worked for my son and I. Overall, very pleased!"
