"Having been on holiday for more than 3 weeks in Europe, we were craving for spicy Chinese food. Lo and behold, while ambling down Grand Rue in Montreux, Switzerland, we hunted down a small Chinese restaurant, Beijing Town. What a relief to our cravings! Like ravenous wolves, we quickly ordered 3 items from the menu: Chilly pepper sliced lamb with bamboo shoots, spicy basil chicken, both with accompanying rice, plus a dish of steamed prawn dumplings. The lamb and chicken were well seasoned, and tasted delicious. The prawn dumplings were a let down and I guess they were steamed from a frozen commercial pack. The owner, Mr. Zhen, who was very friendly and accommodating to our needs, told us he was from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and not Beijing, China."

"We booked at the Fondues Tube at the restaurant of the Eurotel on Sunday, a sublime day. The reception was excellent, the waiter Hugo gave us a nice table at the edge. The unique ambiance and atmosphere on the shores of Lake Leman. Hugo recommended...Modzetta fondue, excellent beef tenderloin, with homemade fries and a salad. We enjoyed ourselves! The wine, a Merlot he explained to us made for the hotel’s 50th anniversary, is also very good. I recommend this restaurant, we really had a great time, with a professional in every way, we will come back on!"
