"Today we stayed in hollick for lunch as a nice leak during the stay in coonawarra. overall the eating was relatiw good (not amazing,) but the service shocked we considered a tasting at the door that was led by a chatting girl who was very well known. we then went to the restaurant and the waitress came by to take our drinks orders without showing us the beverage menu (bizarr). we then ordered our Entrees/mains that I asked politely after about 10 minutes if we could have a little broth. about 10 minutes later (20 minutes for something broth? we were given bread and our escapes at the same time not ideal at all!
