"Meals on terrace shaded under a beautiful sun. apéro with well-stocked and good tapas dishes. roasted beef odds with barbecue with fries and very copious salad for a parndard like me . on the other hand what damage to have cut all the meat (4 pieces) for 7 pers and serve all on plate . It would have been more wise to serve 2 by 2 and slice them in front of us so the meat would have been warmer. Bearnese without too much banal dessert taste. a big thank you for offering us the digestive, on the other hand, wine is relatively expensive"
