"We were camping on the near by site and we were a bit miserable because we'd had a storm. As soon as we went in we cheered up. Nice welcome and there were a few other people in making the place feel jolly. Food was delicious and well presented. I had the confit de canard which I thought was the best I'd had. My partner had the steak which was excellent. Would recommend and visit again."

"This is a warm and inviting restaurant. A bit like visiting your Grandma's. Which leads me to the clientele who also generally resemble the latter. Mind you with views of the lake you don't tend spend time noticing who's there. Seriously though this restaurant offers very good value for money. Duck and chips for €11 is the main fare. Exceptionally cooked and tasted fantastic. Recommend this dish. Kids have a couple of options at around €8. Service is good and the main man runs the front of house. Only blip today was he couldn't get the credit card machine working. Overall good value for money, with good service and recommended."
