"Food was great, employees were great, manager Melissa was the most awful manager I’ve seen.She was rude to several customers, cutting them off and talking snide, my husband included. She was especially awful to her line crew who was doing fantastic during the rush- so kind, with great customer service!(Ayphrel was one and I can’t remember the others The crew was great.Melissa, the manager, was so rude and condescending to two employees, (one looked like they were about to cry) and it filled me with rage. Don’t put someone like that in a manager position! She is creating a toxic, hostile environment, for everyone, especially those poor employees and if customers can visibly see that, there’s a problem."

"Food is always incredibly phenomenal from here. We ordered several different things to try and they were all amazing! This was our first time going in to eat here, we usually order them off of Grubhub. We definitely recommend! The only reason why I didn?t give full five stars is because when we first came in, the hostess seemed miserable and acted like we were a burden for coming in. She warmed up after a while but seemed absolutely miserable and it made us feel really uncomfortable. And when we asked for the check, we were still munching on some stuff and talking but the waitress stood over us waiting and then asked for our payment as we?re still eating..."

"Horrible experience. We were very patient with them and our food took over an hour to get to our table, and didn’t even come out until we asked why our food is taking so long. Only then did they bring it out. When we ordered, there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Their excuse as to why our 5 dishes took over an hour to get to us was because ONE person ordered 3 pieces of sushi which they counted as an appetizer. Half the food was freezing cold. The meat dishes were okay, but the vegetarian dishes were horrible. Very little flavor in the Thai food. Vietnamese food was okay But you could tell by the noodles that the food was sitting for a long time before it came out. The service was horrible. Our waitress, who wasn’t the one to bring any of the food out, was very apologetic when we explained the situation and she was the one who was able to take the freezing cold bad dish off our bill, she was very nice. After waiting so long, it’s very disappointing when the food is horrible and the service is bad."

"Our party of four at B Benelux had an amazing meal with four different main courses, drinks all around, 2 appetizers and two desserts. Everything was delicious, the waitstaff friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. So appreciated the relaxed and cozy atmosphere where you aren’t rushed out the door as some restaurants are want to do. We will definitely be back as we all agreed there were many more interesting items on the menu we want to try on our next visit!!"
