"This Modern and trendy Vietnamese restaurant located in in surry hills is definitely worth visiting. <br/ They cater a more modernise version of Vietnamese cuisine. Minimum spend for two is around $65. <br/ <br/ We ordered a Large bowl of chicken pho, this could be shared amongst a group of four. My friend and I demolished it! The soup was nice and clean and did not lack flavour. <br/ <br/ The duck crepes is must try! It’s full of flavour and although it’s not the traditional one you would normally get at an authentic and un modernised place, it is still very flavourful! <br/ <br/ The chicken ribs were another fave and must try! It’s bursting with flavour and the sauce it absolutely delicious. The chicken is quite crunchy. <br/ <br/ The ambiance is quite nice, very cosy intimate. Perfect for date night or a quick dinner.<br/ <br/ Definitely a fancier way to eat Vietnamese cuisine."

"I really really like xage, super cool and super cool food. All the food is really fresh and has great flavours. The staff are really friendly and they even bring water to the table without asking for it. If you like Vietnamese food and you are in Surry Hills then look no further!"

"Pasta Emilia is alittle hard to spot as it is on the corner of the street and there were no big signs so you may easily walk past it without even realising. The interior design is very traditional and it gives off an authentic Italian rustic vibe which I'm totally digging. <br>

I ordered the beetroot ravioli with kale and salsa verde which in my opinion was amazingly delicious. The amount of saltiness was just right and the salsa verde was not too oily and complimented the beetroot pasta beautifully. It felt like pasta heaven in my mouth. <br>

My friend ordered the strozzapreti with beef ragu which was also tasty however; it was definitely more on the oily side as we could see alot of oil at the bottom of the plate and the mince was on the sweeter side which I don't mind but others might not like that. Pasta was cooked al dente though! <br>

You can also buy their pasta and jars of homemade sauce but I didn't get a chance to buy any. I really should when I return since I need to get my hands on the amazing salsa verde sauce."

"Our family visited this Dumpling Bar for lunch. On a Monday in school holidays we easily got a table. There are long share tables as well as a long bench under the window. The restaurant is part of the Royal Albert Hotel and you can bring drinks from the bar - we had the organic Tasmanian cider. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered a selection of dumplings, as well as the salt and pepper squid (dish of the day!!) and chilli and prawn spring rolls. The food was fresh and tasty and came out quickly. Make sure you save room for desert. We had mystery desert dumplings which consisted of 6 different ice cream flavour dumplings - vanilla bean, mango, strawberry, chocolate, green tea and sesame matched with chocolate and caramel spring rolls with condensed milk dipping sauce. Yummy!!"
