"We had luck to stumble over google in this restaurant. we ordered pork belly and soft bowl cock! both had to die. very tasty. we highly recommend. the personal is very friendly and accommodating. when they go through traralgon, they fall in and eat them in zaab zaab. we guarantee it 100!% service: dine in meal type: dinner"

"Went there this week with a girlfriend for lunch. Both of us chose the Zucchini & Corn fritters (having tasted these at another restaurant) and we were quite disappointed when it arrived. Because of having very tasty ones at the other place, we expected The Ritz to do as good if not better, but sadly we were mistaken. The 'fritters' were like pikelets / drop scones and to be honest, a little stodgy. Both my friend and I had decided to order from the 'Starters' menu and that way we could have a Dessert, so for this again we both chose the same - Eve's Apple & Sultana Pudding (with custard). I enquired if the custard would be warmed and was assured that it would be - great but it was very thin custard. Must admit we didn't taste any apple in the pudding - there are definitely sultanas in it. Both of the courses I took photos of and have attached them for you.Coffee was good and hot and the service was extremely good.Would we return again for lunch - yes but we would be a bit more circumspect with what we choose. Price I paid for 2 courses, 1 wine, 1 LLB & a coffee was $45.You will also notice that i have reviewed The Ritz a few times now and have enjoyed it, but this time I was a bit disappointed."

"What a great place! It could be a great party venue. The team coped with us arriving on them; a group of 20+. Good food and super fast delivery. Service was welcoming and chatty. Soy coffee was de-lish; would have liked it a tad stronger however."

"Booked for 20 people for a birthday had been to restaurant for many years service hasn’t been a issue until now spent over $200 and had to ask for plates a few times food was average had people at the table unhappy with dumplings my cake had been damaged by staff most of the staff were nice but I thought we runnings around like headless chickens surely you could advise people how long a banquet would be but no sat for over a hour waiting for soups. Soups and mains were fine I won’t be going there for a birthday again unless they employ more staff"
