"Tiger mama is nice for drinks and urban atmosphere in the midst of the Utrecht crowd. The cocktails are fairly good, while the cuisine is rather too inclined towards mini-portions of overpriced snacks. That's the room for improvement from my point of view especially considering above average prices of the place."

"Ordered thru TB y'day evening. The grilled Quail was awesome. Have had better Cocq Au Vin, nevertheless quite good. Very very generous portions of main course for moderate eaters. The profiteroles were a bit expensive for just 3 pieces at €8.5. All in all good. Am sure a Dine in experience of warm servings will be better than a cold bento box meal. Look forward to visiting in person. One of the better VFM authentic restaurants I have found in Utrecht, compared to many other cuisines."

"Nice food, really friendly personnel and exceptional ambience. Being right next to the Oudegracht definitely has its perks. The snails are an okay one-time tryout. Duck breast was juicy, so was the lamb, and the kip sate was really well done. The desserts were the highlight. Highly recommend the tiramisu, mousse, and the cocounut-lemon cake. Would not mind another visit."

"Cosy little restaurant serves some spectacular meat dishes on a rotating menu. Definitely on the pricier side of things, but for the location, ambience, food quality and service, I say well the price. Had the special-of-the-season Tournedos with liver mousse and truffle sauce, while my friend had the Iberico pork shelf with pumpkin cream, sage oil and Brussels sprout. Both were excellently cooked and of a plentiful portion. The tosti foie desert was an interesting experience, as the combination of duck liver, chocolate goose, hazelnut, brioche bread and a hint of whisky was a novel for me, would only recommend for the experience."
