"I spent 3 weeks in France this September, and I have to say that this was the best meal I had for the whole 3 weeks. I love when I stumble across a little gem like this place! The meat was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and was so tender that it was like butter. The vegetables were beautifully arranged (presentation matters! and were anything but an afterthought- delicious. The bread, the glass of wine- wonderful. And dessert was amazing- chocolaty deliciousness with tiny bits of praline sprinkled on the plate and accompanied by tiny scoops of ice cream and whipped cream. And good service on top of all that! I can’t wait to get back here."

"Le Brasier is a rather new restaurant established where once there was a top class restaurant Les Templiers . I can accept many weaknesses but my main dish was terrible I did NOT touch it twice and unfortunately I was not asked why the plate is going back to the kitchen. NEVER AGAIN !!"

"We'd read the reviews and reserved full of conviction. But both prejudices, head dish and service were below expectation. The main dish was the fish of the day, which was as good as tasteless as the superserved vegetables. There are many better restaurants in this price range."
