"In view of the good reviews, we were appalled to receive the lack of greeting as we set ourselves. The waitress swore to a member of the group after they apologized to inform them, they speak English. Immediately afterwards they reacted to “British Want Fries?” which, in our opinion, is a presumptive, offensive assumption. We didn't bother us, we looked at the drinks menus that were in all French (fair enough). When the waiters came, we kindly asked them what the beer was and advised them on the menu, brushed their fingers from top to bottom, then took the menu up and then chipped it down again and then pointed it back. Your manierisms were so rude... well... freeze?! We were just very surprised. She then gave us three seconds and said very sharpened and abruptly “I come back” and went to another table. Sure to say we stood up and left the table before she ordered something and she wasn't amusing either. So basically, if you're English... don't bother because the waitress doesn't like you"

"Ambient and mountain dish to be desired. We eat well! You will find the classic mountain dishes very well executed, but also other dishes if like me you leave it after 2 days of raclette, fondue and others. they have a bebq on their way to make an excellent meat, duck, tender calf to the saigating beef. they take bookings of large groups without problems on reservation (we were a dozen)"

"Very good address for a friendly moment. the card is well provided and not excessively priced. The plates are well provided. the frame is pleasant and deserves the detour. but don’t go there to have a nice word from the server or waitress. This is the only false note of our lunch. The friendliness the boss gives it to you at the entrance. It’s a pity because it spoils the pleasure and desire to return. details were 3 and arrived at 12:45 after booking in advance."
