"Wir haben uns sehr gefreut auf chinesisches Essen, jedoch wurden wir nicht gerade herzlich empfangen und auch bei der Bestellung schnippisch behandelt, weil wir die Vorspeisen teilen wollten. Die Preise sind relativ hoch eine Frühlingsrolle kostet 9.--. Das Personal (ausser die chefin) kann weder englisch noch deutsch. Auch haben wir über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Die Ente knusprig gebraten war total ungeniessbar! Werde also sicher nie wieder dorthin Essen gehen! Nicht empfehlenswrrt!"

"We got screamed at for trying to close the automatic door when we went in, and it went downhill from there. Not allowed to go sit in the main restaurant (this is fine dining we were told), to gettin ignored. We were charged 16 CHF for two green teas we did not drink, then could not take it anymore and just left. This place simply does not deserve to be in business. Do not be trapped and ever eat there!"

"Decent small hotel, very good location, right by the lake... center of the old town.... But to say this is great...well, in my opinion it is a great exaggeration. The rooms are fine....No special,...bathroom small...but big problem....they advertise that they have parking available.... No. The parking lot is more than 5 minutes walk... Public parking garage."

"Fresh mixed salad starter, and a really nice fillet of char (local lake fish, somewhat similar to trout) with rosti and vegetables, in a vinaigrette sauce. Although the food was expensive - and probably no more so than other restaurants nearby - the service and outside seating were very pleasant, with a nice refreshing local lager on tap in the bar."
