"Went on rememberance Sunday, booked on the day and managed to get a table for 9 of us. Unfortunately for the pub they had been affected by the flooding and this meant the boiler was not working so no heating, only the small lit fire in the main restaurant area. We were not made aware of this issue. Everyone who came in that evening was then put in the same area, to keep warm. Out of the food we ordered everyone ordered some form of Sunday roast, personally I found every bit of food on my plate was cold. I am currently 4 1/2 months pregnant and just needed to eat by the time we had food, otherwise I would have complained more. By the time we were asked about the food quality we were 3/4 the way through eating the meal. At the end of the meal we all realised we were all missing the stuffing off our meals. We did mention to the waitress who collected the plates at the end, got an apology. Just beware the food may not be the warmest. Hopefully they can get the isssues sorted soon and next time just make people aware when booking ahead."
