"Came in straight after getting engaged for a celebratory dinner. We had booked through open table. The manager said she had no record of the booking and advised they were far too busy for us (had plenty of empty tables) she gave us a table after making it seem like we were an inconvenience and an issue we almost left because of how rude she was. Upon ordering champagne they did not give us a bucket of ice so it went warm and gave us 4 different sized flutes. We were never asked if we wanted any more drinks. Really disappointed in the service and general friendliness of the staff. The table next to us were also spoken to very rudely by the manager. Especially right after getting engaged it really burst my bubble. Only good part was the food."

"Hi Casella! I'm using you all the time. Tone I waited for the delivery of my sandwich for over 60 minutes, but I wasn't getting a big deal during my phone call. But I ordered an Italian chicken bag and received a very large bread bag that is muddy, sees not made 2 pieces chicken and a few potatoes, missing the sausage. That was hardly worth the waiting guys!!"

"Den Stern gibt es nur für den supernetten Fahrer. Es dauert Ewigkeiten bis das Essen endlich geliefert wird (von wegen Durchschnittlich 45 Minuten, eher 2 Std 45 Minuten). Wenn man anruft wird man unfreundlich angepampt, Ausreden lässt der unfreundliche Vogel einen auch nicht. Der Salat auf dem Gyrosteller war warm, Pommes und Gyros aber kalt. Nie wieder! The star is only for the super nice driver. It takes ages until the food is finally delivered (about 45 minutes on average, more like 2 hours 45 minutes). If you call, you will be pamped in an unfriendly manner, and the unfriendly bird will not give you any excuses either. The salad on the gyro plate was warm, but the fries and gyros were cold. Never again!"

"We sat on a rectangle on the floor in a area that had only some other occupied tables. it was a Saturday night in something not very busy at all. Nevertheless, no one came by for at least minutes. When the waiter arrived, he took my drink order and then disappeared a few minutes. we were flying at this point. we mentioned the hostess who we left because we were basically ignored and their only answers were oh, wow. I'm sorry. no offer to fix the situation or to put us elsewhere. later in the night, another member of the waiter saw us that we have thrived the road behind the building after the other. she recognized us and apologised for the misunderstanding. good, but too little, too late. will never go there again, but as I know they will close in january. I can see why!"
