"We got the Unagi don and udon set but the girl who put in and gave my order did not only give me the wrong don set, she also did not separate the soup from my udon. She gave us a CHICKEN don instead of an UNAGI don and she just left the noodles to soak and inflate. The service was ok but honestly if they keep getting orders wrong like this I would strongly reconsider coming to this place."

"Waited 30min for someone to take our order. But that wasn't the worst part. Salmon looked grayish pink. I still didn't complain I just hoped I don't get sick. But then when the Ramen came our Luke warm, we asked them to heat it up. They microwaved it and again forgot to bring it to us. It took then 10 min to bring it back to us while it was left in the microwave. Ofcourse it wasn't hot but we just ate it anyway. Overall it was a horrible experience with incredibly bad food that is overpriced for what it is. They also decided to include 15% tip on their behalf and didn't let me to not tip. It was just two of us not a group. Worst restaurant experience in years. The water cup is one time use paper cup and soy sauce dish is a plastic one time use dish. Why use one time use plastic when you are a restaurant not a food court?"

"Atmosphere for dinner was outstandingly not noisy compared to other Asian restaurants in the area because of its "compartment" set-up for each group of patrons. Food quality suits all of us 3 in the group and it's tasty."

"Got take out while staying at the Sandman across the street. Tekiaki beef on rice was soooo good. We ordered enough food for 5 yet only the 2 of us staying. Oh well it didnt go to waste...breakfast in the morning."

"We enjoyed our lunch here today. It's a Tiny hole in the wall(mom and pop shop type atmosphere) but it's popular --the place was hustling and bustling with lots of foot traffic. They have fresh food and excellent prices. The overall value was fantastic-- miso soups ran at 85cents and bento boxes at 9.50. Pros: Excellent prices. Freshest ingredients. 12pc daily specials. Good Service. Overall Excellent Value.Cons: Tiny restaurant. Limited Seating. Approx 15 seat capacity. This includes the 4 single bar stools at window. Parking is tough so patience required.My boyfriend and I enjoyed our lunch. We really appreciated the freshness of ingredients and the overall value. We would be happy to return again!:) pictures of our lunch attached!!!"

"I enjoyed a seafood bento box for $10, very delicious and satisfying indeed. Umi is the only concession in the food terrace which has it's own seating area (which is the primary reason why I selected Umi for lunch as the food terrace so very...busy, possibly because it's so close to Christmas). Parking can also be found on the second level parking lot which is much closer to the food terrace than the ground level parking lots."

"We attended Felico's Restaurant to celebrate the highschool graduation of our son with a party of 12 people. We requested the 'Dinner Party 2' set menu which was wonderful! We were given a set menu with about 5 entree choices including grilled salmon, slow cooked lamb, sauteed seafood, new york steak or baked chicken breast - all of which were amazing! We also asked for vegetarian options and 3 were given - primavera linguini, vegetable plate or spanakopita. Before the entrees there were lovely appetizers included - first pita with homous and satziki -wow! Then the kalamaria arrived - so good! And finally the choice of salads (Greek or Caesar) or soup which was seafood chowder. All three options were tried by our group and all were delicious! We were afraid of being too full for our main course and wanted to hold back from eating all the appetizers, but we did anyway!The main courses were all amazing! A few of us had to take some of the food home as we couldn't finish, but that was a nice treat for the next day.The final lovely part of this meal was the belly dancer! She came over and gently tried to entice us to dance with her. Our guest of honour (the graduate) agreed to dance a little with her and we all had fun watching. A real highlight!We would definitely go here again!"
