"I went with my friend to have a dinner today. We sat down at around 6:40pm, after ordered, the waitress gave us miso soup, she came back 5 minutes later asked me if i was done with is, but I didn't even get a chance to taste! The food is ok, taste fresh, i will gave 3/5 if it's food about only. Then after 7:20pm, I felt like the waitress tried to let us go. She stood beside us, took away plates as soon as we just picked up the last bite, then she even tried to take away the plate with unfinished food on it, she didn't even ask us if we were done!!! I was very pissed off by her behaviour, then she tried to explain to us that someone made a reservation for 7:30pm. So??? That's not our fault that you didn't tell us that we only have 50mins for our dinner, otherwise we would just find some other place to eat. Once she took away last plate, some other girl gave us the bill rightaway. We felt extremly UNWELCOMED by this restaurant and it was the worst service I've ever had!!!1. You could tell us if we really only had 50mins to eat, at least we had the option to decide whether we wanted to eat here or to leave.2. It was really rude to take away our plate when there were still food on it without even asking us.3. There were some other clients came before us, why the waitress didn't force them to leave(at least we felt being forced to leave)? Because we were asian? So you thought we were pushover?4. Worst experience with the service. So rude, impolite and unprofessional. Save your money, don't come here unless you want to get your day ruined."

"We visited Benihana for Father's Day and were not disappointed. Their attention to details is absolutely remarkable! From the first step we made inside to the last we felt in the center of attention. All of the staff were smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, true ambassadors of Benihana. The sushi and the onion soup we had were delicious-very fresh and tasteful. The teppanyaki was less flavourful but very entertaining. My husband was not happy that his lobster was drenched in sauce but other than that we were really impressed. We will definitely be back!"

"Great Fish!. This was the first time in longer than I remember that I didn't have to peel off half of the batter from the fish. Normally when<br/>I get fish and chips from places the batter is heavy and greasy, but at Reliable the fish is battered in a light and crisp coating that is not at all greasy. Loved it. Ok maybe the fries weren't the best but the fish completely makes up for it."

"Saku is today our usual sushi spot, and we would normally have 5 stars for the chef sushi, 4.5 stars for the Aburi sushi and 3.5 to 4 stars for most of their cooked appetizers (as most are average taste and small portions. today's...Rating is just 2 stars because we ordered sushi with brown rice (which we have done many times before, but the chef has clearly underboiled and used cold brown rice. the rice was dried and did not stay together. every piece of sushi we picked up fell completely apart before we could get it in the mouth. and the rice was clear over at night, which was not properly boiled, so that it was both dried and a bit crispy. Saku cuisine, they should know better. the texture was so poor that it was not for the very fresh and otherwise delicious fish. please improve and be more careful about it, or they lose a regular customer. rice is cheap, even brown rice. they can afford to make it fresh every day and all the rest (or know enough to add and stir a small spoon of water to overnight rice, then microwave it to a high for a minute and it is dampened and soft again, and I know what I'm talking about when it comes to preparing rice. not only did I live 2 years in japan and had sushi regularly, I also eaten daily rice (on asian and also cook yourself (including brown rice that requires more water and longer cooking time). I know exactly the texture of dried rice, which is stored overnight. that is suitable for fried rice dishes, but definitiw a big no-no for sushi. we really appreciate that there is a brown rice option. it is healthy and a great reason why we are regular customers (together with the fact that their fish is fresh and tasty. However, they need to make it better. we give them another chance and see how they do next time. the future assessment will be reflected accordingly."

"Stopped in here last a Friday before a concert in Toronto. Definitely worth a visit. Food was really good and prices fair. There are not many seats but it is worth the wait if they are full. Location is close to Rogers and ACC."

"Makimono serves up some pretty good Sushi dishes. First let's get it out there that service was superb and quick. The endeme was however cold and needed more salt. As for the main sushi dishes they were good but did lack flavour in some of...them, textures and temperature were good."
