"I love tea, my family in Kenya are tea growers. I wanted to experience this restaurant and finally did so when my mum came to visit me in Aarhus. We finally made it to A.C. Perch 's, the atmosphere inside the tea house was very inviting, filled with all sorts of world tea aromas. We settled for Kenyan tea (I know! because we wanted to compare the quality we are used to in Kenya and that available in the tea house. Behold, we were in for a pleasant surprise. The Kenyan tea was of absolute great quality, it transported us back to the familiar taste and sense of life back home. The sandwiches, scones and cakes served greatly complemented the tea, and gave us a 'Downtown Abbey ' sense of a bourgeois high tea party. Nevertheless, my mum and I had a great time. The tea house isn 't cheap, the experience though is worth every penny. Oh, their lemon curd is out of this world. Heavenly and tantalising. I bought a jar with me home. A.C.Perch 's Thehandel Aarhus is a must visit for tea lovers who want to lose themselves in a classy experience."
